My Philosophy
I believe that true change isn’t about forcing yourself to be different. It’s about creating a safe, supportive environment where you can access the strength, insight, and clarity that already exist within you. Every session is an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign with your values and desires.
The process combines focused awareness with subconscious exploration. This means that while you are consciously present and aware, we can also work with the deeper parts of your mind where long-held patterns and beliefs reside. Change happens naturally when these patterns are gently examined and released, and when new ways of thinking and being are supported in a calm, nurturing space.

About me
I’m Susan Fraser, and guiding Indigo Moon sessions is both my work and my passion. My fascination with the mind — how our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs shape our reality — has guided my journey into hypnosis, coaching, and holistic transformation.
Outside of Indigo Moon, I’m a mum to two incredible boys and a dog named Reimi, who bring joy, grounding, and perspective into my life every day. My own experiences with growth, challenges, and self-reflection inform the empathy and understanding I bring to each session. I know firsthand the power of gentle, focused guidance in creating meaningful change.
Training & Accreditation
My work through Indigo Moon is supported by professional training in hypnotherapy and subconscious change techniques. I completed my training through an accredited programme designed to teach both the science and the practical application of hypnosis in a safe and supportive way.
This training focuses on understanding how the subconscious mind forms patterns of thought, behaviour, and emotional response — and how those patterns can be gently reshaped through guided hypnosis.
Accreditation ensures that sessions are conducted with professionalism, ethical standards, and respect for the wellbeing of every client. My approach combines this formal training with a compassionate and intuitive style, allowing each session to be tailored to the person in front of me.
