My Indigo Moon Hypnotherapy Session
An Indigo Moon session is a calm, supportive space where we work together to gently shift the patterns that may be holding you back.
All sessions are held remotely via Zoom, which means you can join from anywhere in the world — from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Hypnosis is not about control or losing awareness. It is a natural state of deeply focused attention — similar to the feeling of being absorbed in a book or daydream. In this relaxed state, the mind becomes more open to positive change, allowing us to work more directly with the subconscious patterns that shape our thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
Each session is guided in clear, calm English, so you always feel comfortable and able to follow the process easily.
Before Your Session
Before the hypnosis begins, we spend time talking.
This conversation is an important part of the session. It allows you to explain what you would like help with and what changes you hope to make.
We explore the patterns, beliefs or habits connected to the issue, and together we decide the most helpful approach for your session.
There is no pressure and no judgement — simply a calm space where you can speak openly.
The Hypnosis Process
When we begin the hypnosis itself, you will simply sit or lie comfortably and listen as I guide you into a deeply relaxed state of focused awareness.
Because the session takes place online, you can create your own comfortable environment — perhaps a quiet room, a sofa, or even your bed.
During hypnosis, the conscious mind becomes quieter and the subconscious mind becomes more receptive. This allows us to work with the patterns and responses that often operate automatically in everyday life.
Through carefully guided suggestions and visualisation, we begin gently reshaping these patterns so that new responses and healthier perspectives can emerge.
You remain aware and in control throughout the entire process. Most people describe the experience as deeply relaxing and very natural.
At The End of the Session
As the hypnosis ends, you will gradually return to normal waking awareness feeling calm and refreshed.
We then take a few minutes to talk about the experience and how you felt during the session. Sometimes insights arise during hypnosis, and discussing them can help the changes settle more deeply.
Hypnosis Aftercare
Some people notice shifts immediately, while for others the changes unfold more gradually over the following days as the mind continues integrating the work.
Over the next few days, it can be helpful to drink plenty of water and allow yourself time to reflect. If you feel called to do so, journalling can be a gentle way to notice any thoughts, feelings or insights that arise as your mind processes the session.
There is nothing you need to force — simply allowing space for the changes to unfold naturally is often enough.
